Helping Children Cope With Divorce by Edward Teyber is a well-written book and one of my favorites for suggesting it to my clients. This books guides parents through the trials and tribulations of raising children of divorce offering advice and suggestions about dealing with your kids, and your ex. He provides excellent information to help you understand how your children may be feeling and what it will take for you to help them adjust to this difficult period in their life.

Children in the Middle is a program that is offered online to help parents during and after divorce deal wtih many typical situations that arise. This is an excellent program that provides video of situations such as "carrying messages" and "long distant parenting". After the video you are guided through questions and workbook materials to help you develop better ways to handle difficult situations with your ex and your children.
